5 years on Airbnb One surprise is that it’s huge inside with seemingly endless bedrooms and showers. There’s a spacious living area with a big tv and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There’s also an upstairs leisure room. Internet is Starlink so it’s pretty fast. The location is good: very close to the sea and within easy reach of shops. Overall it was a very comfortable place for our five night stay in Esperance.

The interior is beautiful. The location is very central within walking distance to all the restaurants and cafes in town. We got up early for sunrises across the road every morning. It was a great start for the day.

Located walking distance from town centre, and directly across the road from the beach, the location couldn't be more convenient. Kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils and crockery. The waterfall shower was magnificent and had great water pressure (a rare find on Airbnb!). The best part was the view from the master bedroom to the sun rising over the shore. It is so welcoming, clean and comfortable, it was a home from home for us.
The bed was very comfortable and so big.
We loved coming back after touring the area and just relaxing in the beautiful lounge with amazing views of the sea.
The bathroom was large , with a wonderful rain shower.
The back garden was great too, two geese came to say hello every day before going back to their own garden.
The location was brilliant, near everything, shops, cafes, restaurants and wonderful walks along the seafront. We were sad to leave and could have stayed there for ever.

It is perfectly located on the beachfront in Esperance, close to town and all amenities and has great views. The house has everything you require, is peaceful, and the beds and furnishings are incredibly comfortable. We could not fault it. An absolutely perfect place to stay whilst exploring Esperance and surrounds. Note there is limited parking out the front but plenty of space for cars/boat/caravan in the laneway at the back of the property.

We loved the location because it was near West Beach and the walking paths, yet just a 5-minute drive into town. The house itself was splendid—exceptionally quiet, with hardly any noise from the surroundings. Michelle and her team truly did an amazing job. Highly recommended!

Very easy to find. Brilliant check in instructions. Private secure parking.
Secure location with locked gate and restricted access. First appearances of the inside was excellent. We were both very impressed by the cleanliness, decor, utensils, coffee machine with pods was a bonus. Condiments (local) in the fridge was a nice surprise and yummy. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the pillows, so much so that we're both going to Ikea to buy them. Having 2 x bathrooms was truly a bonus and very clean. Aircon brilliant. There were manuals for all the machines in the unit which was fantastic. The washing machine was a great size. We had trouble with the gate one evening and Michelle rectified the issue asap. Really helpful, very friendly. The local O'Connor IGA was brilliant. Had everything you needed and more. I would definitely return to this accommodation, highly recommend to families, individuals or work colleagues. Brilliant.

August 2024 I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Airbnb and I am happy with my experience. The property was incredibly nice and cozy. It was impeccably clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. The hosts were fantastic—responsive and helpful from start to finish. They went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for our stay, and their attentiveness was much appreciated. One suggestion would be to add a TV to the common area for some extra entertainment. However, this didn't detract much from our overall experience. The air conditioning situation was a bit quirky, as the unit in the roof only blew cold air. Thankfully, there was a split system that worked perfectly, ensuring we stayed comfortable throughout our stay. This property felt very secure, which was a great bonus.
Overall, I would definitely recommend it to others. It's a lovely, secure, and clean place with wonderful hosts.
